I like the occasional Cohiba. Not pipe. Never even tried (except bong of course). Nothing ever beats a good Cigar man, they were my smoke of choice until I got into pipe smoking. Just ends up being cheaper, lasting longer, and tasting just a litttllleee bit better than the other tobacco alternatives. I'd recommend picking up a cheap pipe (hell, those two vintages pipes I posted were made in the 40s and 50s and I paid 10 bucks for em), and a nice baggy of tobaccy for a bag of change. You may just like it |

My grandfather was a pipe smoker for a while - somewhere there are some vintage pipes around here....
Mississippi is full of pipe smokers - glass pipes, that is...

Hahah, if you can find 'em, post some pictures of them! I find vintage pipes to be just so cool; relics of a time gone past really. Although it's not like pipe smoking is completely dead and gone, its just a hobby that reminds of of the good old days that my grandfather grew up in. Hell, if you get those old pipes of your grandpfather's restored, or you restore em yourself, you may just have a fun new hobby on your hands! They are nice little works of art, and even if you don't smoke them I'd still think they'd be cool pieces to have! And to reference to the "glass"... yeah, MA is the same man, hahah  |

No on the pipe. But I smoke a Marlboro red with the best of the them. BTW: Kids don't smoke.!!  |

Haven't smoked a pipe in about 18 yrs. I would enjoy it, as I still smoke an occasional cigar.
Almost as many years ago I brought 2 cuban cigars up from Mexico and I was kinda saving my last one for the right moment. However, my then roommate it seems decided to thaw a frozen turkey in the kitchen cupboard? ? The problem was, he was called out on a trip and was gone for a full day before I got back to discover the smell. Needless to say, my last Cuban was smoked with haste and indoors to help overpower the funk!

That's a very interesting reason to smoke a Cuban , but any reason to smoke a cuban is a good reason in my book! I just like the whole idea of having like, a piece of collectible art that I can smoke some tasty tobacco out of... honestly the only reason I smoke pipe over cigars |

My 1st real job when I was 14 was at a golf driving range, and the owner whose name was BUD smoked pipes at work all the time, and left his pipes at work when he went home, and I/we decided to hook him up on some BUDS! I put a nice green bud in his pipe bowl and put a little pipe tobacco on top.when he came in the next morning he grabbed pipe and puffed away, he got so stoned he was eating all the snacks and laughing his ass off ! Man his eyes looked like roadmaps! It was hilarious!

No we never told him, we were always too stoned and forgot!A few times we sprinkled Lebanese Blonde on it too, that's when the fun really got going, super strong hash! If we did it nowadays like that we could possibly get in serious trouble! It was always funny when the customers came to the front window, we would open the window and the smoke would go rushing outside hitting customers in the face! No wonder we always had repeat customers!
